Charleston Music Hall Announces 2018 Piccolo Spoleto Series

The Charleston Music Hall (CMH) has announced its 2018 Piccolo Spoleto Series featuring multiple events at the venue from May 30th to June 7th.

The schedule is as follows:

• Pecha Kucha 30
  • Wednesday, May 30th
  • CMH will team up with the Charleston Arts Festival to present Pecha Kucha 30. PechaKucha, Japanese for “chit chat,” is a presentation style in which 20 slides are shown for 20 seconds each (6 minutes and 40 seconds in total) keeping presentation concise, fast-paced, and powerful.
• LET’S GROOVE: The Music of Earth, Wind, and Fire
  • Featuring Quiana Parler, Charlton Singleton & Friends
  • Friday, June 1st
  • Charlton Singleton brings his Tribute Band back to CMH to present the music of Earth, Wind, and Fire
• Purple Rain Film Screening
  • A Celebration of the Birth of Prince
  • Wednesday, June 6th
  • CMH celebrates the birth of Prince by screening Purple Rain
• Grass In the Hall
  • Featuring Gravel Road, River Boy, Chatham Country Line
  • Thursday, June 7th
  • Grass in the Hall is back for its 4th year with three bluegrass bands – Gravel Road, River Boy, and Chatham Country Line
