Celebration of Life for Richard “Box” Bachschmidt to be held Sunday at The Royal American
The Charleston community is invited to come together at The Royal American on Sunday, July 1st for a celebration concert in memory of Richard “Box” Bachschmidt. The event will run from 2 pm to 5 pm.
Friends, family, and fans will gather at the venue to share memories of Box and enjoy live music from local bands like:
- Stop Light Observations
- The High Divers
- SEE WATER
- Daniel Crider & Friends
- Danielle Howle
- HoneySmoke
Donations will be taken at the door. Proceeds will go to Box’s family to help pay for funeral costs. Any additional funds will be donated to a local charity that will be announced shortly. If you can’t make it, but would still like to donate, you can do so here.
Box was a well-known radio radio personality who worked for 105.5 The Bridge and 98 Rock before recently launching his own podcast, “Box in the Morning.”
