Earn Free Books by Volunteering at That BIG Book Sale
The Charleston Friends of the Library is hosting That BIG Book Sale from October 11th to 14th at the Omar Shrine Auditorium and are in need of volunteers. With an estimated 60,000 items, organizing The Big Book Sale is no easy task. Thousands of hours are put in by about 300 volunteers during the event to ensure it’s a success.
All who volunteer will receive a coupon for $10 worth of books. With prices starting at just $0.50, volunteers can leave the sale with a number of books.
