Charleston Restaurants Offering Thanksgiving Dinner To Go! (2018 Edition)

Is Thanksgiving just too stressful for you? Would you rather leave the cooking to someone else? If you answered yes to either of those questions, you’ll be relieved to hear that many Holy City businesses are here to help this holiday season!

  • Glass Onion
  • Hall Management Group
    • Two dinner choices:
      • Oven-Roasted Turkey or Honey-Baked Ham
      • Both dinners include traditional stuffing, mashed potatoes, whipped sweet potatoes, or creamed corn casserole, sautéed green beans or green bean casserole, roasted vegetables and dinner rolls. Customers can additionally order pecan, apple or pumpkin pies
      • Thanksgiving Dinners serve four for $180, eight for $360, or twelve for $540
      • Orders must be received by Friday, November 16th at 5 pm and can be scheduled for curbside pickup on either Wednesday, November 21st or Thanksgiving Day
      • All orders are prepared for curbside pick-up only at Halls Signature Events, 5 Faber Street, just behind S.N.O.B.

  • Hamby Catering
    • Several catering options available
      • Hamby’s Gobble Gobble Thanksgiving Package, priced at $165, serves up to eight people and includes plenty of familiar Turkey Day dishes and dressings
      • The Upgraded Gobble Gobble Package includes a whole bourbon-roasted turkey and muscadine chutney for $181
      • Plus, for every “Gobble Gobble” package purchased, Hamby will sponsor one Thanksgiving meal for a family in need via The Lowcountry Food Bank
      • They will also have an A La Carte menu which allows you to select individual sides, desserts, and extra traditional fixings at your convenience

      • Hamby Catering is currently accepting Thanksgiving orders until Friday, November 16th at noon

  • Home Team BBQ
    • Customers can now place their holiday orders for Home Team’s Smoked Ham & Turkey (available by the pound), Potato Gratin, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Green Bean Casserole, Cornbread Stuffing, Hoppin’ John, Cranberry Sauce, Gravy, and Rolls
    • Orders will be available beginning Monday, November 5th and can be picked up from your neighborhood location or delivered (please note, Home Team kindly recommends 72 hours’ notice for order all orders)

  • Lewis BBQ
    • Pitmaster John Lewis is here to help make your holiday a breeze. The lauded barbecue hot spot is now accepting pre-orders for a variety of their signature dishes prepared and ready to serve. Cooking-averse food lovers can pre-order Lewis’ smoked turkey breasts and whole briskets, along with their infamous green chile corn pudding. Pre-orders can be made here or calling the restaurant at 843.805.9500 and will be available for pick-up on Wednesday, Nov. 21.

    • Roasted turkey, salad, three sides of your choice, and one pie for $195

  • Rodney Scott BBQ
    • 16-18 pound pit-cooked turkeys at $80 a piece (limited supply, offered on a first-come first-serve basis)
    • Accompanying sides are available: Collards, Mac and Cheese, Potato Salad, and Coleslaw; half gallon for $18 or full gallon for $35
    • Signature sauce is included with turkeys, but extra sauce is available for purchase
    • Available for pre-sale only until order cut-off on November 15th with payment required upon ordering.

    • Orders can be picked up Monday November 19th – Wednesday November 21st, between 11am – 1pm or 8pm – 9pm.

    • Whole turkey, fit to feed 18-20 people
    • Side options like green bean casserole and sweet potatoes with marshmallows and pecans, and desserts including chocolate pecan pie and banana pudding
    • The pre-order deadline is Sunday, November 18th, and customers can pick up their ordered food on Thanksgiving Day between 10 am and 12 pm at Swig & Swine’s West Ashley and Mount Pleasant locations
