Uncork Expands Menu with New Chef
Upper King Street self-pour wine bar Uncork on Tuesday announced that it is expanding its team and updating its food and drink menu.
Natasha Cline is the bar’s new chef and general manage and she has expanded the food menu beyond charcuterie boards to small plates and desserts from Saveurs Du Monde. Prior to joining Uncork, Cline served as general manager of Five Loaves.
When it opened in June 2018, Uncork became downtown Charleston’s first wine bar with a self-pour, Italian-made Enomantic wine system. This system allows for a self-guided tour of 40 different wines from around the world. You can choose a one-ounce taste, a three-ounce half glass, and a six-ounce full glass. For non-wine enthusiasts, Uncork recently introduced spirits to its bar and a craft cocktail menu.
Uncork opens at 5 pm on Wednesday through Friday and at 1 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Stay updated on new wines, food, and music via their website.
