Charleston Grill Turnips the Beet for VEGSTOCK Dinner
Executive Chef Michelle Weaver and the Charleston Grill will offer the “VEGSTOCK” Dinner, featuring a curated vegetarian menu for a one-time experience, on Wednesday, August 21st.
For $125 per person, diners receive passed hors d’oeuvres followed by a six-course tasting menu with wine pairings in The Palmetto Cafe. According to the restaurant, each course will “showcase Chef Weaver’s ability to source the best Southern-rooted ingredients enhanced by vibrant flavors from around the world.”
