Félix Cocktails et Cuisine to Offer Bourbon Pairing Menu
The menu, which will be available from 4 pm to close, includes:
1st Course
- Smoked trout dip: Served with crispy capers and baguette
- Paired with: Jefferson’s Ocean
2nd Course
- Braised Short Rib: Served with whipped potatoes
- Paired with: Jefferson’s Pichon Bordeaux Barrel Aged
3rd Course
- Salted Chocolate Cheesecake
- Paired with: Jefferson’s Small Batch.
