Celebrate Prohibition with SC Historical Society at Palmetto Brewery
Moonshiners and Teetotalers alike are invited to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Prohibition this month with The South Carolina Historical Society (SCHS) at Palmetto Brewery.
Guests are invited to put on their best Roaring Twenties attire and join the SCHS for “Last Call: Prohibition!” on Thursday, October 17th, from 7 pm to 10 pm, at the Palmetto Brewing Company in downtown Charleston. Attendees will enjoy “period” food, craft beer, and music to celebrate this iconic time in U.S. history.
There are two tiers of tickets available, “Moonshiners” and “Teetotalers,” and Palmetto Brewing will donate $1 of each additional pint sold to SCHS. Both tiers of tickets include 2 beers, while the Moonshiner tickets include cocktails as well). Tickets are now on sale here.
