MUSC’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences Announces 3rd Annual ART of Mental Health Gala

Medical University of South Carolina’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences announced they are partnering with Trager Contemporary for the 3rd Annual ART of Mental Health Gala on December 14th. The event enables anyone and everyone interested in the movement behind #MentalHealthMatters to join them for this art event and fundraiser. 

The ART (Academics, Research, and Treatment) of Mental Health Gallery Gala benefits the mental health initiatives at the hospital’s Institute of Psychiatry. As you stroll among the art and enjoy live music, several of the artists will be in attendance to meet and greet. Doors open to the public at 7 pm.

ALL proceeds from VIP/event/raffle ticket sales – as well as 10% of any gallery art sold in connection with the event – will go directly to MUSC’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and the Institute of Psychiatry to support the important department-wide initiatives of patient care, education, and cutting edge research. This year, MUSC patients are also providing art for sale and 100% of the proceeds of those sales will be donated to the fund.

Main Reception Tickets gets you admission to the space to enjoy live music, food and drinks among the amazing works of art starting at 7 pm. VIP ticketholders get everything from the Main Reception tickets – just one hour earlier.
