Parcel 32 Offering New Vegan/Vegetarian Menu Options
Parcel 32, located at 442 King St., unveiled a new menu that features seasonal produce prepared in a vegan and/or vegetarian manner.
Some menu highlights include:
- Pecan hush puppies with pimento cheese and pickled peppers
- Bacon powder is also added to the dish for non-vegetarian diners
- Butterkin squash bisque with spiced pumpkin seeds, low country yogurt, and herb oil
- North Carolina apple salad with Jocassee tomme, arugula, cider and charred pecan
- Fire roasted cauliflower with apricot, brown butter yogurt, capers, lemon, Espelette pepper and almonds.
- Chocolate and pumpkin mousse with spiced brownie, pumpkin ganache and candied pepitas
