Lowcountry Youth Services Hosts 2nd Annual Boys to MENtors Fellowship Banquet
The Distinguished Gentlemen’s Club Mentoring Program, the community mentoring program of Lowcountry Youth Services, is highlighting National Mentoring Month by celebrating mentorship in its many forms.
Parents, Coaches, Teachers, Mentors, and Youth Leaders are encouraged to bring their children, siblings, players, mentees, and youth for a night of food, fellowship, and positivity. This event will feature a panel discussion about the importance of mentorship and youth development from both the mentor and mentee viewpoints. The panel will include leaders of four different local mentoring organizations.
During this event, the organization will also be introducing and announcing the winner of the inaugural Ricardo J. Perry Leadership Scholarship as well as acknowledging leaders in the Youth Development sector with the LYS Trailblazer Award.
The event will begin at 5 pm on January 18th, 2020 at Hanahan High School (6015 Murray Dr,
Hanahan). Doors will open at 4:30 pm. Tickets are $35 per adult/child combo (child must be K-4 through 12th grade) and $10 for each additional child (there is an increase in price after January 1st, 2020. Dinner is included in the cost of admission.
