1. Veuve Clicquot-Ponsardin, Brut
The classic “Yellow Label,” or the Champagne in which all others are to be judged.
2. Veuve Clicquot-Ponsardin, Rosé, Brut
Madame Clicquot created the rosé recipe that is used today, as well as many other techniques, which revolutionized the industry in the 1800s.
3. Veuve Clicquot-Ponsardin, La Grande Dame, Brut, 2008
To commemorate the bicentennial of the company’s origins, the La Grande Dame was created in homage to Madame Clicquot, known in her time as “la Grande Dame de la Champagne”. Blended from mostly Pinot Noir from some of Champagne’s top terroirs, La Grande Dame is always one of the very best wines.
