5Church Offering Three-Course Menu on Valentine’s Day

On Friday, February 14th, 5Church will offer a three-course Valentine’s Day dinner from 5 pm to 11 pm. For those looking to celebrate all weekend long, 5Church will also be offering special features on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Here is the Valentine’s Day Menu:

First Course

  • CHAR SIU PORK BELLY PANCAKE picked vegetables, white sauce BEET SALAD (GF) creamy dill dressing, pistachio, fennel, pickled beet vinaigrette
  • BEET SALAD (GF) creamy dill dressing, pistachio, fennel, pickled beet vinaigrette
  • NC BISON TARTARE* bread and butter pickled onion, truffled deviled eggs, naan
  • CAULIFLOWER SOUP truffles, croutons
  • SHORT RIB PIEROGI port pickled red onion, soubise

Main Course

  • OSTRICH TENDERLOIN (GF)* wild mushroom, huckleberries, confit fingerlings, fresno chili $110
  • FILET MIGNON* horseradish whipped Yukons, asparagus, port wine, foie gras butter $100
  • HALIBUT (GF)* deep sea crab and grape salsa, cauliflower puree, swiss chard $90
  • PORTERHOUSE AND MAINE LOBSTER FOR TWO* horseradish whipped Yukons, rapini, port demi, drawn butter $115 per person
  • KEEGAN-FILION FARM BEEF RAGU* leek pierogies, shaved parm, beet relish, foie gras $90
  • LAQUERED DUCK BREAST (GF)* parsnip risotto, charred parsnip, hot pepper jam, hibiscus gastrique $90

Dessert
