Food Truck Park Planned for North Charleston
A new food truck park is currently being developed in North Charleston. The Square on Meeting, created by Ben Flowers of the Chef Racks Garlic Crabs food truck, is expected to open later this year at 3517 Meeting Street.
According to the Charleston City Paper, Flowers “plans to emulate concepts like Meeting Street Eats with bistro lights and a concrete platform for dining.” There are also plans to have a stage and sound system for live music and a rooftop space atop a two-story shipping container.
