Timrod Library’s Fall Fest Scheduled for November 9th

On Saturday, November 9th, Summerville’s Timrod Library will host their Fall Fest where they will carry on the decades-old tradition of offering a delicious southern luncheon, homemade casseroles, baked goods, prize drawings, and lots of books for all ages. 

The Library has added the following attractions for 2019: children’s games and activities, Timeless Treasures, sweetgrass basket sales, and a hook rug raffle form “Summerville Bugs in a Rug”.

All proceeds benefit the operation of the Timrod Library and the preservation of its historic building. The building is a National Register of Historic Places site dating back to 1915.
