The city of Charleston feels like a historical time capsule with a contemporary feel. With cobblestone streets and horse-drawn carriage rides, the historic port city of 1670 is known for its antebellum mansions and charming neighborhoods. The foodie scene in the area is incredible, and the bar scene (especially on the rooftops) is excellent as well. King Street is packed with boutiques, and for those who love history, tours of the impressive sites are available on land and in the water.

Despite Charleston being an exciting town year-round, the fall weather offers a perfect opportunity to experience everything the city has to offer at the ideal temperature.
