Yea, we’re kind of a big deal

I was watching the Food Network the other night when “The Best Thing I Ever Ate” came on. The show features different personalities from the network talking about their favorite dishes and varying restaurants around the country. This episode’s theme was the best “foods on a stick.” I was quite surprised when one person picked the candied apples from the Charleston Candy Company. This got me thinking about the different (food-based) shows the Holy City has been featured on. We all know we have the best food in the country and some of the most amazing cooks around, but it’s still nice to see others promoting our local food haunts. After you are done marveling at that magnificent Halloween tie-in (I know, I’m a literary genius), check out all the videos I compiled from various websites featuring our food and our city.
